Group of companies brought onto one business management system

One Group, One Set of Numbers

Multi-entity ERP consolidation, without the spreadsheets. When a group's companies each run their own accounting or business management system (often called an ERP, short for enterprise resource planning), month-end means exporting from each one and adding it up in spreadsheets. Intercompany sales get counted twice, customers and products are set up differently everywhere, and the group numbers arrive late. We work out with you whether to bring the companies onto one system or connect the ones you have. Sometimes keeping separate Xero or MYOB files and building proper group reports is enough, and we'll say so. Either way, you get group results that come out right, with far less manual work.

What Groups Tell Us

What happens when each company runs on its own system

📊

Group Reports Built by Hand

Each company reports from its own system, so group results are pieced together in spreadsheets every month and are easy to get wrong.
Late, doubted numbers
🏢

Bought a Business, Kept Its Systems

Companies you have bought stay on their old systems for years, so the group never really works as one business.
Two ways of doing everything
🗂️

The Same Records, Several Times

Customers, suppliers and products are set up in several systems, with different codes and details in each.
Errors and double handling

Paying for Several Systems

Each system has its own licences, support costs and the one person who knows how it works.
Costs that keep rising
