Who we are
Kenomont Information Systems (ABN 42 674 325 243) is a systems integration and business software consultancy based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through kenomont.com and when you contact us. Questions about it can be sent to [email protected] or 1300 470 091.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, the topic you choose and your message when you use an enquiry, Health Check or calculator form, email us or call us.
- How you found us: with each enquiry we record the first page you visited, the referring website, the page the form was on and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad click identifier and campaign tags (for example a Google Ads or Microsoft Ads click ID and the search keyword).
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to record pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, and events such as form submissions and clicks on our email address or phone number.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To understand which pages, searches and ads lead to enquiries, so we can improve the website and our advertising.
- To keep records required for business, accounting and legal purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, including:
- our website hosting, database and email providers;
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising), which measure website use and advertising results;
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We use reputable providers and only share what they need to provide their service.
Google and Microsoft account data used by our own tools
We use internal tools to read and manage our own Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts (and our own Microsoft Advertising account) for keyword research, performance reporting and campaign management. These tools only access accounts that belong to Kenomont. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only for those purposes, is not sold or shared with third parties, and is not used to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics and advertising cookies help us measure the website and our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics. The website still works without them.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our business and legal record-keeping, then delete them. Access to our systems is limited to people who need it, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
