The Technical Side

For whoever looks after your systems: we use each system's official connection (its API) where there is one, and scheduled file exports where there isn't. Common Questions

Most of the software Australian businesses use: Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, online stores such as Shopify and WooCommerce, and inventory, job and project systems. If a system has an official way to connect to it, or can export its data, we can usually connect it.

It depends on how many systems are involved and how much the data needs to be matched up. We start with the one connection that saves your team the most retyping, and give you a fixed quote after a free initial chat.

It shouldn't. We use each system's official connection, test with real examples before anything goes live, and keep your current way of working. The difference is that people stop retyping the same information.

Sometimes, yes. Many systems have a ready-made link to Xero or MYOB. If one does what you need, we will tell you and help set it up. Custom work makes sense when the ready-made link misses steps, or several systems need to agree.
