Where ERP Projects Go Wrong
ERP projects have a bad reputation, and a lot of it is deserved. Too many businesses spend heavily on a system that ends up harder to use than the spreadsheets it replaced.
The problem is rarely the software. It's the parts around it: data that doesn't come across cleanly, integrations that were promised in the demo and turn out to be harder, and reports nobody trusts after go-live. Those are usually discovered after the contract is signed, by the staff who have to live with them.

We don't resell software, so we have no reason to push one product over another.
Data Migration
Moving from MYOB, Xero, spreadsheets, an old database or a legacy ERP? We map your existing data, clean it, run trial loads, and reconcile balances back to the old system before go-live. Customers, suppliers, items, open transactions and history come across intact.
It's the most underestimated part of any ERP project, so we plan and test it properly.
Integration
An ERP that doesn't talk to your other systems is just one more place where information gets stuck. We connect it to e-commerce, warehouse, CRM, job and field systems, banking, payroll, or Xero and MYOB in other entities, through their APIs.
Every connection is logged, with alerts when something fails, so problems are noticed rather than silently dropped.
After Go-Live: Fixing What Isn't Working
If integrations keep failing, the data doesn't reconcile, nobody trusts the reports or workarounds are piling up in spreadsheets, we find the cause and fix it, whether or not we were involved in the original project.

Do you sell or implement ERP software?
We don’t resell software. ERP licences and core implementations are usually handled by the vendor or one of its implementation partners. We do the parts around it that decide whether the project works: an independent check before you buy, data migration, integrations with your other systems, and fixing what isn’t working after go-live. We’re happy to work alongside your implementation partner.
Can you help us choose an ERP?

What happens to our data during an ERP migration?
Data migration is the most underestimated part of any ERP project. We map your existing data, clean it, convert it to fit the new system, run trial loads, and reconcile balances back to the old system before go-live. The old system is kept read-only so history can still be looked up.
Can you connect the ERP to our other systems?
