HubSpot MYOB Integration

Won deals become MYOB invoices, customers stay in step, and sales can see who has paid

HubSpot deals connected to MYOB invoices

Sales in HubSpot, Accounts in MYOB

HubSpot holds your deals, quotes and customer history. MYOB holds the invoices and payments. There are fewer ready-made connections between HubSpot and MYOB than there are for Xero, so many businesses end up retyping won deals as invoices and updating customer details in both places.

We connect the two around how you sell and bill: deals or quotes become the right MYOB invoices, customers stay the same in both systems, and payment status flows back so sales can see who has paid. It works with MYOB Business, AccountRight and MYOB Acumatica. If a connector app already covers what you need, we'll tell you.

Built and supported by Kenomont: founder-led, Gold Coast based, with 20+ years building business systems, including real-time integrations we have run for clients since 2015.

Signs HubSpot and MYOB Need Connecting

If several of these apply, the retyping is costing you time and accuracy.

  • Won deals are retyped into MYOB as invoices
  • Customer details are updated in HubSpot and MYOB separately
  • Quote line items don't match what ends up on the invoice
  • Sales can't see whether a customer has paid
  • Jobs or categories in MYOB are added by hand
  • You run more than one MYOB company file
  • A connector was tried but only syncs contacts
  • Month-end includes checking HubSpot against MYOB

Options, Simplest First

We always start with the simplest thing that works.

How We Connect HubSpot and MYOB

Mapped to how you sell and bill, then checked before go-live.

1

Map how a deal turns into cash

We trace how a deal becomes an invoice and a payment today, including the exceptions.

2

Check the standard options

If a connector app will do the job, we tell you before anything is built.

3

Map fields and rules

We agree how products, items, jobs, categories and company files match up, and which system owns each piece of data.

4

Build, test and run in parallel

We test with real deals and invoices, alongside your current process, before switching over.

5

Monitor and support

You get an alert when something doesn't sync, and support from the people who built it.

HubSpot MYOB FAQs

There are fewer ready-made options than for Xero. Some connector apps link the two for common data such as contacts and invoices. Businesses with specific invoicing rules, jobs or several company files usually need a connection built around their process.

Yes. MYOB Acumatica has its own API, separate from MYOB Business and AccountRight, and we build for whichever MYOB you use.

Integrations had to be updated for MYOB's new, more specific permissions by 1 September 2026. If your HubSpot–MYOB connection stopped syncing around then, that is the likely cause.

It depends on your process and how much needs mapping. We look first and give you a fixed quote after a free initial chat.
