Common Questions

If the information you need exists, but only after someone retypes, exports or reconciles it from another system, the problem is between systems. If one system simply can't do something, that's usually a product question instead.

Often you can, and we'll tell you if so. Connector apps work well for standard needs. They tend to stop short with custom fields, several companies, job or project data, complex pricing, or processes specific to your business.

Usually not. Most of our work connects the systems you already have and tidies the process around them.
