The Weight Is Right. Everything After It Is Manual.

Your weighbridge records every truck accurately. Then the ticket gets printed, carried, re-keyed into invoicing, re-keyed again for contractor payments, and added to a spreadsheet for reporting. The weighing is automated; the paperwork isn't.

Your weighbridge and its certified software stay as they are. Trade measurement rules govern them, and we don't provide or change weighing software. We work on what happens after the ticket is issued: since 2015 a forestry export port system we built has received ticket data from the weighbridge system. Once the weighbridge software has processed a ticket, we apply your business rules to that data (pricing, contractor payments, stock, reporting) so a ticket is captured once and used everywhere. We don't sell a weighbridge or ticketing package: every operation's systems and rules are different, so each solution is a custom build.

Where the Paperwork Slows You Down

Tickets get typed in twice

The weighbridge prints a docket, then someone keys it into invoicing or the business system. Every re-keyed ticket is a chance for a wrong customer, product or tonnage — and the error turns up when a customer disputes an invoice.

Paying contractors takes days

Haulage contractors and growers are paid by the tonne. Working out each payment from dockets and rate sheets — and producing RCTIs — is slow, manual and hard to check.

Every site does it differently

Different sites, different weighbridge software, different codes for the same product or customer. Combining them for reporting means a spreadsheet and a lot of matching.

Nobody sees today’s tonnes until tomorrow

Stock, throughput and truck turnaround are only known once the paperwork catches up. Managers find out about a problem a day or a week after it started.

Where Ticket Data Goes

One ticket, issued once by your weighbridge system, flows on to every system that needs it:

Customer invoicing

Tickets become invoice lines in Xero, MYOB or your business system, at the right rate for the customer and product.

Contractor & grower payments

Tonnes × rates per contractor, with RCTIs produced and posted as bills.

Stock & inventory

Inbound and outbound tonnes update stock by product and location as trucks cross.

Dashboards & reporting

Tonnes by site, product, customer and contractor; truck counts and turnaround — live, across every site.

Export & compliance documents

Ticket data feeds shipment, load and compliance paperwork instead of being re-typed into it.

Weighbridge ticket data integrated with invoicing and reporting

Anywhere Trucks Are Paid by the Tonne

Our longest-running work is in forestry and export ports. The same problems — and fixes — apply across bulk materials.

Forestry & timber

Log and woodchip deliveries, grower and haulage payments, export loading

Quarries & aggregates

Product sales by the tonne, multiple products and price lists per customer

Waste & recycling

Gate fees by material type, levies, customer accounts

Grain & agriculture

Grower deliveries, grades and deductions, storage

Running a quarry? See how the same work applies to quarry dockets, cartage, stockpiles and account status for the weighbridge operator: quarry weighbridge tickets to invoices.

Beyond the Weighbridge: Other Site Records

The same approach works for other records your site systems already keep, such as gate and access logs, dispatch and delivery records, and production figures. We take the data those systems already produce, link it to the right job, load, contract or customer, and pass it on to invoicing, payments, stock and reporting. We don't build, change or connect to measuring equipment itself; that stays with the equipment and its supplier.

Each system gets its data out differently, so we work out the approach for each one, and build it to keep running when a system or network drops out. Our forestry export platform has received weighbridge ticket data from the weighbridge systems at multiple sites since 2015.

Weighbridge Integration FAQs

No. Your weighbridge and its certified software stay as they are, because trade measurement rules govern them, and we don’t provide or change weighing software. Most weighbridge systems store issued tickets in a database or can export them. We take that ticket data and move it on to the systems that need it. If the system can’t get ticket data out at all, that’s a question for its supplier.

No. We never touch the weighing. The weighbridge and its certified software remain the record of the weight, under trade measurement rules. We only read each ticket once it has been issued and pass its data on; gross, tare and net weights are never edited. Corrections still happen at the weighbridge, with its own audit trail, and flow through from there.

Yes. Tickets can generate customer invoices, recipient-created tax invoices (RCTIs) for haulage contractors or growers, and stock movements, using the rates and rules you already apply — with a review step before anything is posted if you want one.

Yes. Multi-site operations are where integration helps most: ticket data from every site’s weighbridge system lands in one place, with consistent product, customer and contractor codes, so reporting and invoicing work across all sites.

Our longest-running weighbridge work is in forestry and export port operations. The same patterns apply anywhere trucks are weighed and paid or charged by the tonne — quarries and aggregates, waste and recycling, grain and agriculture, and bulk materials.
