Many problems are process problems. We simplify steps, remove double handling and agree who does what before any software changes.

Connect the systems you keep

Xero or MYOB, job and field systems, CRM, stock and payroll systems connected so information is entered once and lands correctly.

Replace what you have outgrown

Old Access or FileMaker databases, spreadsheets that run the business, or an accounting system that no longer fits, moved with the data checked and nothing lost.

Automate the repetitive work

Approvals, supplier invoices, regular reports and reminders handled by the system, with AI used only where a step needs judgement and a person still approves.

For a business of our clients’ size, it is practical work: finding out how work and information really move through the business, deciding what to fix first, and then fixing it. That means changing processes, connecting the systems you keep, replacing the ones you have outgrown, and making sure the owners can see the numbers they need without someone building a spreadsheet.

Usually not. Most businesses already have good software that isn’t connected or isn’t used well. We start with what you have and only recommend replacing a system when it genuinely can’t do the job, or when keeping it costs more than moving.

An IT provider looks after computers, networks, email, security and support. We work on how the business runs: processes, business systems such as Xero, MYOB, job, stock and CRM systems, the data between them and the reports owners rely on. We don’t do IT support, and we’re happy to work alongside your IT provider.

It depends on how much needs to change. We don’t start with a long programme. We start with the problem that costs the most time or money, fix it, and then move to the next, so you see results along the way rather than at the end.
